This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Kids Application (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully to understand how your information is managed.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to ensure the App functions as intended, specifically to notify guardians in case of emergencies.

a. Personal Information:

• Location Data: When the child sends an alert, the App collects and shares the child's real-time location with their paired guardian.
• Pairing Code: We collect and store the pairing code, which connects the Kids App with the Guardian App to facilitate alerts.

b. Non-Personal Information:

We may collect limited non-personal information related to App performance and usage statistics, such as device type and operating system, solely for improving the App's functionality.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information solely for the purpose of ensuring child safety and providing the services of the App. Specifically:

• Location Data: This is used only when the child triggers an alert, so that the guardian can receive real-time updates of the child's location.
• Pairing Code: This is used to establish a secure connection between the Kids App and the Guardian App.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal or non-personal information collected through the App. The only parties with access to a child’s location data are the paired guardians, and this data is shared only in case of an alert.

4. Data Retention

We retain location data only for the duration of an active alert and any past incidents that may be stored for reference within the Guardian App. If the guardian deletes their account or unpairs from the Kids App, the associated data will be permanently deleted.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration. This includes encryption and secure communication channels between the Kids App and the Guardian App.

6. Parental Consent

In compliance with privacy laws applicable to children, the Kids App requires parental or guardian consent for use. The App is designed to collect information only for child safety purposes, and guardians have full control over access and use.

7. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party services for data collection or sharing within the Kids App. All collected information stays within the App's internal systems and is shared only with the paired Guardian App.

8. Your Rights

As a guardian, you have the right to:

• Access and Review: You may review any alerts or data related to your child through the Guardian App.
• Delete Data: You may request to delete any stored information by unpairing the Kids App from the Guardian App or contacting us directly.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App and updated in the "Effective Date" section above. We encourage you to review the policy periodically for any changes.
